BP003337: Human IL-1F10/IL-38 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-1F10/IL-38 Protein, (amino acids Met1-Trp152) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-1F10/IL-38 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 18.64 kDa. The protein migrates to 20-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-1F10/IL-38 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: The affinity constant of 35.38 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
